I exclusively offer virtual financial coaching, primarily utilizing platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet.

No, I don’t offer walk-in consultations at this time. All consultations are by appointment only. I prefer scheduling appointments in advance to better prepare for our meetings, provide the best possible service, and minimize disruptions.

The best way to assess if my service is suitable for you is to schedule an initial consultation. During this consultation, we can discuss your financial goals, concerns and objectives, as well as my approach to financial planning. This will help you to determine whether my service aligns with your needs and expectations.

While I can offer comprehensive financial planning and advice on a wide range of financial topics, there may be some areas that require specialised expertise beyond my scope of practice. In such cases, I will attempt to refer you to a qualified professional who can provide you with the specialised assistance you need.

While I am committed to helping clients achieve their financial goals, I may not be the best fit for every client. If I believe that I am not the right person to provide you with the advice or assistance you need, I will be honest with you and decline the consultation request.

As long as you are comfortable with conducting virtual sessions, we can connect regardless of your geographical location.

To connect with me, please fill out the Contact Form on my website. I will reply to your message within 24 hours.

After we connect, I will invite you to schedule a consultation using my online scheduling system. This system allows you to select your preferred dates and times for the meeting.

To allow for unforeseen circumstances, I offer a 15-minute grace period for tardiness. However, if you miss the appointment beyond the grace period without notifying me, it will be considered a missed appointment.

If you miss your scheduled appointment with a genuine reason, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule. If you do not contact me to reschedule within a reasonable time frame, I will assume that you no longer require my services and will consider the case closed.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please let me know with at least 24 hours’ notice. I will be happy to refund the consultation fee. 

However, if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, I will not be able to offer a refund of the consultation fee, I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

I exclusively charge a  fee for my dedicated time and expertise based on the complexity of the services provided. The fee will be discussed with you in advance and is subject to change based on any additional services or changes in your financial situation.

Your privacy and confidentiality are of utmost importance to me. I understand that your personal and financial information is sensitive, and I will take all necessary measures to ensure its protection.

Any personal and financial information you share with me will be kept strictly confidential and only used for the purpose of providing you with financial advice and planning.
